Give an AI app or script access to your memory. OAuth apps are for browser-based clients that pop up a login window (Claude.ai, mobile) — most of them auto-register when you paste the MCP URL below. API keys are for scripts, terminals, and stdio-based MCP clients (Claude Desktop, Cursor) that authenticate with a bearer token.
